This tour brings you to a unique corner of Uzbekistan – Ferghana Valley well known for its ancient
but still flourishing handicraft centers – silk fabric production in Margilan
and famous ceramic workshops in Rishtan.

In the morning drive to Fergana via Kamchik Mountain pass by cars (350 km). On the way a stop in Kokand, the centre of khaganate with the same name, a state that existed here until the beginning of the XX c. SS tour of Kokand: Urda Palace of Khudojor Khan (19 c.), Djuma mosque (19 c.). Further drive to Rishtan (50 km), a small town located in the Southern part of Fergana valley – one of the largest & oldest ceramic centers in Central Asia, for visit to family ceramic work-shops
Continue drive to Fergana (65 km). Arrival and accommodation at hotel.
In the evening a walk to Al-Fergany’s Park. 
Overnight at hotel in Fergana.

After breakfast drive to Tashkent (via mountain pass) with a stop in Margilan, the center of silk industry (app. 15 km) for visiting the silk factory “Yodgorlik” where the visitors have a chance to observe the technology of silk manufacturing & visit one of the private silk workshops, and then in Dangara for visiting local workshops on wood engraving (90 km). Proceed to Tashkent (240 km). Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.
